Returns & Exchanges

At Holo Taco, we want your nails to look as holo as possible, but if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack your polish or accessories in the original Holo Taco box with protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely without breaking.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a small shipping fee.
